We want to ensure you enjoy your Tara Iti Olive Oil purchase. If you have any concerns or your order wasn’t what you expected, please get in touch with us.
Please note: We don’t generally offer refunds for change-of-mind or if something isn’t to your taste, but if there’s a quality issue, we will make it right. We’ll always meet our legal obligations regarding refunds and returns.
All orders are final and goods will be shipped according to the order form, so please double-check your details before submitting your order. If you spot an error after placing your order, email us and we’ll do our best to make any necessary changes.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and you’ll need to provide proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us through the form on the contact page.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us straight away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
If more than 20 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
